It is not compulsory to hold any % or number of shares by the Indian director or shareholder but there should be at least 2 shareholders. Further, it is also not mandatory that each shareholder should be the director or each director should be a shareholder.
Identity and Address proof of directors
Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN Card / DIN( Directors Identification Number), Utility bills (such as electricity bills, broadband bills, etc), Latest Bank statements ( not older than 2 months). For the foreign director, copy of their passport, driving license, and utility bill or bank statement (not more than 2 months old ). Also, all documents of foreign director need to be apostille/ notarised from the home country

Registered Office Proof
Electricity bill (not older than two months) and Notarized Rent agreement (in case of rented property)/ Registry Proof or House
Tax Receipt (in case of owned property), No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the owner
